Refund and Return Policy

Everything you need to know about returns for Pars Systems UK

At Pars High-Performance Industrial Print Systems, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our industrial printing solutions. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed for our customers in the United Kingdom.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation within this period. After this 14-day window, our standard return policy applies.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
  • For DTF Consumables (Inks, Film, Powder), the safety seal must be intact. We cannot accept returns for opened liquid or powder products due to health and safety regulations.

3. Industrial Equipment & Printers

For large-scale industrial DTF printers and equipment:

  • Once a printer has been commissioned, installed, or has had ink introduced into the system, it is considered "used" and cannot be returned for a full refund unless it is proven to be defective.
  • Faulty machinery is covered under our Technical Support and Warranty agreement.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Contact our support team at info@dtfstock.co.uk with your order number.
  2. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team.
  3. Ship the item to our UK warehouse address:
    UNIT 5&6, ATLAS BUSINESS CENTER, 647 Melton Road, LEICESTER LE4 8EB, UK
Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item is faulty.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 working days.
